Hello! I’m Britney.

Our stories are likely similar in that you grew-up without much knowledge or guidance regarding mental health. You managed well-enough for many years — until you didn't. Now, it's hard to know where to start, with seemingly endless information available.

My goal is to make mental wellness feel like an attainable and manageable aspect of your overall health. As a clinician, I show-up steady, collaborative, and grounded in real life.  Whether I act as a mirror, sounding board, cheerleader, truth-teller, or voice for the voiceless — I'll guide you through intentional shifts resulting in balanced mental health that feels second-nature

My approach is relational and holistic, drawing from multiple therapeutic frameworks to support growth, resilience, and meaningful change. Sessions are shaped by curiosity rather than judgment, with space to slow down, reflect, and explore lived experiences. Above all, I prioritize creating a felt sense of being seen, heard, and understood— supporting clients in reconnecting with their own insight, strength, and capacity for healing.

Mission

Eastside Counseling is a private practice providing practical and approachable mental health care, making mental wellness feel like an attainable and manageable aspect of overall health.
Committed to culturally-sensitive, systems-informed, and neurodiverse-affirming care where all identities are honored and valued

Grounded in trust and unconditional positive regard, I compassionately integrate techniques from psychodynamic, attachment, trauma, somatic, experiential, and cognitive-behavioral theories while providing psychoeducation about human development, neuroscience, emotional and behavioral health.
Therapeutic tools are thoughtfully-selected, evidence-based treatments adapted to meet each individual where they are in their mental health journey.

Clinical Approach

Research consistently shows that the relationship with your therapist is the number one predictor of therapeutic success.
